NTS is an all-in-one workspace for solo operators — tasks, clients, projects, time, invoices — built around one mechanic: your finished work builds visible momentum. Close a task and it feeds the goal it belongs to; log time and it rolls up to the client. An AI assistant that knows your actual work, a daily briefing on your world, and an optional companion that grows off what you do. Free to start, no credit card.

Top comment

I kept losing the thread between my ideas, my goals, and the actual hours I put in — three different apps that never talked, so the effort never added up to anything I could see. NTS is my fix: your idea connects to a goal, the goal to tasks, tasks to tracked time — one chain an AI actually remembers. Building it in public, and I'd genuinely love your honest take.

Comment highlights

The "momentum" mechanic sounds genuinely fun rather than just another task list. One thing I'd love: a weekly recap that shows which clients actually made you money versus which ones quietly ate your hours. Right now the time roll-up to clients is great, but pairing it with revenue per client in the same view would make it way easier to spot the ones worth keeping and the ones to fire.

Hi Product Hunt — Josh here, solo founder of NTS.

I've been building this since 2022, mostly nights around client work — which is exactly the problem NTS exists for. When you work for yourself, the work doesn't add up anywhere. You close tasks, log hours, send invoices… and none of it tells you whether you're actually getting somewhere.

NTS connects the chain — idea → goal → project → task → hours → invoice — so finishing something visibly feeds everything it belongs to. Close a task and its goal moves. Log time and it rolls up to the client. That running sense of "it's adding up" is the product; the tasks and invoices are just how it gets fed.

On top of that: an AI assistant that knows your actual work (not a chatbot bolted on the side), a daily briefing on your world, and an optional companion that grows off what you finish — easy to switch off if that's not your thing.

Free to start, no credit card. I'll be around all day — and I'd rather hear what annoyed you in the first five minutes than get a polite comment, so if you try it, tell me where it lost you.

Who hunted NTS?

NTS was hunted by Josh Nemec. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
