neetoCal is an online scheduling platform that simplifies booking meetings. It allows users to manage their calendar efficiently, integrate with Google Calendar, accept payments through Stripe, and customize meeting links and availability.
Happy to hunt neetoCal on Product Hunt today 🙌🏽
In the simplest of terms, neetoCal is a Calendly alternative and it's free!! @arbaazio has neatly explained here why you should switch to neetoCal from Calendly: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
btw, do you use Calendly?
Hey Product Hunt Community! 🚀
I'm excited to introduce neetoCal - a meeting scheduling software that removes the hassle of finding a convenient meeting time.
If you have used Calendly, you already know what I'm talking about. So the question is, what does neetoCal offer above Calendly? Why should you switch to using neetoCal from Calendly?
We're the first to admit that we are not the first player to compete with Calendly. We are not even the second player. We are probably the 20th player in this crowded space. With so many players in the market, it almost feels like a commodity space. However, the pricing of Calendly doesn't reflect the price of a commodity item. And that's what we are here to change. We are competing with Calendly and others on price. neetoCal is much more affordable than any other scheduling app in the market.
Key highlights of neetoCal you might like:
Google Calendar Integration: neetoCal integrates with Google Calendar to make it easier to manage your meetings.
Accepting payments: neetoCal integrates with Stripe to accept payment. Integration with Square and Paypal is currently being worked on.
Payment splitting: If you are running a marketplace and need to split payment with your service provider, this is a timesaver.Headstrong Pro has been using this feature, and they love it.
Custom domain: Now, you can have your own custom domain when you are sharing a link with someone.
Recurring bookings: Recurring bookings are the lifeblood of small-scale businesses. Most music, dance, yoga, and therapy classes are recurring. However, most clients don't want to pay for the subsequent eight sessions in one shot. They prefer to be charged as and when they attend the sessions. We are working with our clients and building "Recurring bookings," which will allow clients to book sessions in advance, and the client's credit card will be charged 48 hours before the actual session.
neetoCal has other standard things like ability to ask custom questions, cancellation and rescheduling policy, meeting limits, buffer time and more. Here is the complete list of features neetoCal offers
I am looking forward to hearing your feedback and answering any questions you might have. Most of the features of neetoCal are free, so please give neetoCal a try and let us know what you think.
I love the clean design and the fact that it's based on the Google Calendar. Just like the CalendarApp!
Neat, simple and fairly priced!
I'm paying for a competing product just for the round robin scheduling feature that sadly doesn't work smoothly. You've added round robin scheduling to the basic plan as well 🙌
I've used NeetoCal for scheduling numerous customer conversations and even personal calls.
I had used Calendly and YouCanBook.me in the past -- while Calendly was far too expensive for its feature set, YouCanBook.me had a generous free plan but was limited in how I could setup my availability calendar.
NeetoCal in comparison has all their features and is free! I can't think of any reason to use any other calendaring tool at this point.
Neeto's UI is simple and consistent across the board. And it is rich in words! That was important to me. Recent SaaS tools have generally given up on language and instead rely on iconography. It is often hard to figure out what something means, and hard to locate the settings we need.
Compared to that, every time I use NeetoCal, I'm welcomed with detailed well-written notes as I'm setting up a recurring open meeting, or while configuring my availability calendar, and when reading through help articles.
It has two other things (again, in the free plan!) that I'm excited to try out next: Webhooks so that it can talk to my apps, and a close integration with NeetoForm so I can have multi-step forms as part of my meeting acceptance flow.
Feature packed with a neat price point, pun intended :) I liked the design aesthetic as well.
So far, I've tried SavvyCal, Calendly, Reclaim and none stuck. I am back to Fantastical. Perhaps Neato will break the streak?
This is awesome. Meeting scheduling is so hard! How do you differentiate from calendly.com?
