What started as an earlier experiment in building eye-tracking mazes eventually evolved into solving an actual physical pain point we all share: sitting at a desk for way too long.
I wanted to build a way to sneak in some daily mobility work without it feeling like a medical chore. Enter NeckFlex. It's a browser-based maze game you control entirely with your head.
Private by Design: Powered by MediaPipe, all inference tracking happens strictly on-device. Zero video data ever leaves your browser, so you can look as silly as you want in complete privacy.
