This is a really interesting shift from “book a demo” to “experience the product instantly”
Curious though — since the agent is interacting with real product flows and potentially prospect data, how are you handling things like environment isolation and permission controls?
Especially to make sure demo agents can’t accidentally access sensitive data or trigger unintended actions inside the product.
Is the hyper personalization aspect able to lead with a more "how we help solve your pain point" approach? With demos, I wouldn't want to lose a potential prospect because the AI sales agent tried to pitch features instead of solving for the prospect's actual challenge.
I like that the agent actually clicks through real product flows instead of just showing a video. That makes the demo feel more authentic and interactive.
