Share a document and keep control after it leaves. Only NakodaX has Selective Share: send just the pages, slides, sheets, rows or columns a reader needs, as a real file with the rest removed. Files are encrypted in your browser before upload. Ask for a signed NDA before it opens, set an end date or open limit, watermark it with the reader's name, and see who opened it and when. Redact PDFs for real. Take access back anytime. Run a Data Room with one NDA. Readers need no account.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Pallav, founder of NakodaX, and this is the first time I'm sharing what we've built in public.
For years I watched companies send their most important files, like board papers, pricing, pitch decks and contracts, and lose all control the moment they pressed send. The attachment becomes theirs, forever. I wanted a send button you could take back.
NakodaX Document Protection works like normal sharing. You send a link, they open it in their browser, no account needed. The difference is that you keep the controls:
Share only the slides, pages or rows they need. They get a real file with the rest removed. No other tool does this.
Ask for a signed NDA before it opens.
See who opened it, when and roughly from where.
Set an end date or a number of opens, or take it back today.
Files are encrypted in your browser before upload, so we never read them.
