If you've ever moved to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune for a tech job, you know the dreaded ritual: you find a flat online, visit it for 5 minutes, and then hand over ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 (a whole month’s salary!) to a broker who just showed up with a key. Even worse, the "zero-broker" apps we used to trust have quietly transformed into aggressive telemarketing engines pushing paid packages and broker contacts.
We wanted a transparent, community-driven rental map where:
* Owners list directly for free with zero broker spam.
* Tenants discover homes visually on an interactive map with honest locality rates.
* Dead listings are automatically purged through freshness decay so you never chase ghost flats.
* Good tenants build reputation through a portable on-time payment badge.
We are live today across 5 major tech hubs: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Vizag.
In Deccani slang, "Nakko" means an emphatic "No!" — and that’s how NakkoBroker was born.
