I'm the maker of n10.
Every link shortener I tried was either a toy (great UX, no API, no real controls) or enterprise bloatware (powerful, but you need a sales call and a quarter to onboard). I wanted the middle: something a developer can wire up in minutes and a business can actually run on.
So I built n10 — a focused link layer that does five things really well:

A few decisions I'm proud of:
One-variable setup. The only required env var is your database URL. Google OAuth, Stripe, Redis, price IDs — everything else is configured from an encrypted Super Admin settings page, not scattered across .env files.
Zero-touch first install. The very first Google login automatically becomes the Super Admin. No SQL, no seeding.
API-first, not API-as-an-afterthought. Keys, rate limiting, and clean JSON responses from day one.
