Myua was born from both my professional experience as a software developer working on client management and retention tools, and my personal experience as a regular beauty client.
The idea came to me when my beauty professional couldn't remember whether a service I had just booked had already been done by her before. That moment highlighted how difficult it can be to keep track of client history when everything relies on memory, notes, or multiple tools. I also realized as a client that no one ever followed up when I stopped coming at all.
I also noticed that most software available for beauty professionals is designed for larger salons and often feels overwhelming for independent professionals. Many only need a simple way to manage client records, track visit history, remember client preferences, and know when to follow up.
That's why I built Myua: a simple client management and retention platform designed specifically for independent beauty professionals. It helps keep client information organized, automatically identifies clients who are due for a new appointment, and makes follow-up much easier.
Myua’s main value is client retention : automatic visit rhythm tracking and alerts when a client is overdue, breaks her usual pattern, or needs a follow-up based on past services.
