I built MyRoleTrack because job searching felt like running a project with no project manager. Roles scattered across tabs, follow-up dates forgotten, resumes that weren't tailored to anything specific — it's a mess for most people.
The core idea: give job seekers the same kind of organized, data-driven workflow that recruiters use on the other side of the table.
The feature I'm most proud of is the AI Match Score — you paste a job description, it reads your resume, and tells you exactly where you fit and where the gaps are before you spend time applying.
The other thing that makes MyRoleTrack different: it has a dedicated workflow for security-cleared professionals. Cleared job searches involve SF-86 timelines, specific agencies, and follow-up windows that no general-purpose tracker handles. We do.
