Mynu started from something very ordinary: dinner at home.
My husband expresses love through cooking, and over the years he has cooked countless meals for us. Cooking and eating together became one of the most meaningful parts of our daily life. I've always loved documenting life in small ways — taking photos of our food and keeping notes of everyday moments that might otherwise disappear into the camera roll.
Hundreds of photos of dinners, comfort food, random cravings, and dishes we kept making again and again. I wanted a better way to revisit them than endlessly scrolling through photos.
I'm a designer who loves making pottery. Mynu is a mix of both of our worlds — his cooking and my love for ceramics, design, and documenting everyday life.
More than a menu or meal planner, Mynu is an archive of everyday meals. It's a way to remember the meals shared that quietly become meaningful over time. I hope Mynu brings you a warmer and more intentional relationship with cooking, food, and everyday life.
