Hi Product Hunt,

I'm Helen, I lead go-to-market at MyCup. We first launched here a year ago. Since then we have spent most of our time with organisers running real events: youth cups, multi-day festivals, club championships. Much of what is listed below was built together with them while their tournaments were running. MyCup is a different product today, so we are relaunching it as what it has become: professional tournament management software.

What's new since the last launch
- Multi-division events. Up to 10 age groups or categories in one tournament. Each has its own structure, schedule and standings. There is one registration form, one website and one organiser login.
- Team Managers Panel. Every club gets its own login to maintain rosters, staff, documents and forms. The organiser reviews instead of retyping.
- Venue and time-slot scheduling. Declare when each pitch is available and MyCup fills the grid. No team plays in two places at once, and no venue is double-booked. It is built for festivals with hundreds of matches.
- Finances. Fees and payments per team, tracked in one ledger.
- Website editor. A block-based home page and themes for the public tournament site, now available in 15 languages.
- One-time pricing per tournament. No subscription. Free to start.

In practice: the Dínamo Futsal CUP in Portugal ran 3 age divisions, 29 teams, 58 matches and 352 players on MyCup, entirely in Portuguese.

If you organise tournaments, tell me how you run them today and where the process breaks. That feedback shaped this release, and it will shape the next one.

How does an organiser's experience change after switching to MyCup?

What does a tournament look like before and after?

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Artem, co-founder and CTO of MyCup 👋

I spend most of my time on the parts of MyCup organisers never see but feel on match day. Here's what's under the hood this time:

One tournament, many divisions. Most real cups aren't one competition, they're five: U11, U13, U15, girls, veterans. In MyCup they all live inside one tournament, with one registration form, one website and one login for you. Each division still gets its own format, schedule and standings. We also just added division grouping, so a cup with lots of age groups stays easy to navigate for you and for parents looking for their kid's games.

Any format you like. Groups, leagues, knockouts or a mix, set per division. Teams move from the group stage into the knockouts on their own once results are in. If you have a format you like, save it and reuse it next time.

A schedule grid you can actually work with. Set up time slots for each pitch and each day, then press Auto-fill. One click places every match: no pitch double-booked, no team in two places at once, and rest time between games respected. Want to change something? Drag a match to another slot. Already announced a kick-off? Pin it, and nothing will move it.

Seasons without starting from scratch. Most tournaments come back every year. With "Start next season" you carry over the structure, divisions, teams with their players and staff, venues, referees and even the website design, then change only what's new. Running the same cup every year finally takes minutes, not a weekend.

Your language, not just English. Public tournament sites are available in 15 languages, and the organiser panel and emails are fully translated into 8.

Hi everyone, Ignat here, co-founder and CRO at MyCup.

I'm the one on calls with organisers, so let me tell you what I actually hear.

Nobody calls me asking for more features. People call me on a Friday night before their cup, with 30 clubs arriving in the morning, sponsor banners already up and a few hundred parents about to refresh the standings page. They want to know one thing: will this hold?

If the site goes down on finals day or the table doesn't add up, parents don't blame the software. They blame the organiser. So we stopped building MyCup to look simple in a demo and started building it for finals morning.

A few things we did on purpose, mostly because organisers kept telling us what annoyed them about other tools:

  1. You pay once per tournament (free up to 8 teams). No subscription quietly charging you through the off-season.

  2. The final whistle doesn't lock your event. Results get corrected, sponsors want one more logo, someone still owes the entry fee - you can handle all of it afterwards.

  3. Your second edition starts from your first. Teams, format and branding carry over, so year two is much easier than year one. Artem explains how seasons work in his comment.

If you're planning a youth cup or a multi-day festival for 2027, send me your format here. I'll set it up in MyCup so you can see your own event running before you decide anything. No deck, no pitch, just your tournament.

And if you've organised one before: what broke on your worst finals day?
