Honestly, I built this out of frustration.
Every time I needed one small thing done, I had to open a different website. One site to format JSON, another to compress an image, another for a PDF, another for schema markup. And almost every one of them wanted a sign up before it would do anything.
On top of that came the ads. Pop ups, banners, redirects, the whole mess. Some tools were fine but hidden behind a paywall, so for a two minute job I was being asked to pay. Big ones like Semrush and similar tools are powerful, but they cost money and are too much for a quick task. Other tools needed an install on my computer just to run once.
So I had tabs everywhere, a different login for each site, ads in my face, and half of them asking for a card. It was slow and tiring.
That is the problem I wanted to solve. I put the tools I actually use into one place. One home, 250+ free tools, no sign up, no install, no tracking inside the tools. Need to format code, fix an image, build schema markup, or check your SEO? It is all here, in your browser.
The approach changed as I built it. I started with a few developer tools for myself, then kept adding whatever I found myself opening another website for. SEO tools, image and PDF tools, color and CSS tools, schema generators. I also made the image and PDF tools run fully in the browser, so files never get uploaded anywhere, because I did not want to send my own files to some random server either.
