Hey PH 👋 I'm Jonathan, founder of My Show Flow.
I spent years as a technical director and project manager on countless productions. I watched production companies — including ones I worked with — run million-dollar shows off whiteboards and conflicting spreadsheets. Inventory in one tool, crew in another, invoices in a third. It was chaos held together by habit.
I built My Show Flow to fix that. One platform, one database, no re-entry. Everything from the first quote to the final invoice lives in the same place.
We're purpose-built for AV rental and live event production — not a generic equipment rental tool with "events" bolted on. The schema, the workflows, the terminology — all of it is production-native.
