Most health tools give you a generic number. This one uses validated biomarker formulas (Uth VO₂max, Mifflin-St Jeor, WHO BMI) to estimate your biological age, cardio fitness percentile, and daily energy needs from your inputs. No signup to see your results. The free version gives you the full dashboard. For $4.99 (one-time, no subscription) you get a personalised 12-week training plan and downloadable PDF report with your HR training zones, calorie strategy, and a week-by-week roadmap.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm the solo builder behind MyHealthTools. I made this because I couldn't find a free tool that used real formulas and actually explained the results.
The biological age estimate is composite — it weights cardio fitness, body composition, activity, sleep, and lifestyle. It's not an epigenetic clock, but it's grounded in the same upstream markers those tests correlate with.
Would genuinely love feedback on the formula weighting or anything that seems off. Happy to answer any questions about how the calculations work.
