My Handler
Screen capture. Dictation. Files. Meetings. Phone it. Local.
MyHandler is a local-first AI assistant that knows your entire digital life and even let's you phone and text it for assistance! It's for people who don't want their email, meetings, files and calls stored on someone else's server. All your data stays on your machine, and uses a locally hosted model. Cloud AI is opt-in. Meeting transcripts run via local Whisper.
Most AI assistants are SaaS wrappers around GPT — your email, screen content, files, and meeting transcripts go to their servers, get logged, and become part of someone's growth metric.
MyHandler flips that:
• Runs on your Windows machine, not the cloud
• Local Whisper transcribes meetings
• Local embeddings power semantic search
• Cloud AI is your call at install — Zero-Data-Retention when enabled
• Supervised mode — every reply waits for your approval
I'd love to hear what's missing. Especially: what would make you trust an AI with your inbox?
