I built MuChat because small brands were losing sales in their Instagram comments. Someone asks "price?" or "link?", the reply comes hours later, and they're gone.
With MuChat you pick a post, choose a keyword, and write the reply once. Everyone who comments that word gets a DM right away with your link, discount code or free guide. From there you can:
- ask a question, check that they follow you, and tag them as a lead
- collect an email or phone number inside the DM
- follow up later with a sequence
- hand the conversation to a teammate in a shared inbox
