Mosic is one app for the work you do across separate apps today. It combines project management, a CRM, a helpdesk, a shared email communications and Documents and it ties them together at the record level. Plan projects with a 5-level hierarchy, Today view, and Gantt with critical path. Sell with lead scoring, pipelines, and one-click lead-to-customer conversion, Support with live SLA countdowns and smart routing, Connect Claude or ChatGPT to run any of it through your AI.
I’ve tried so many productivity and project management apps, and honestly, I liked some of them! Each one had something great to offer. But I always felt like something wasn’t quite right.
There were just too many fragmented tools to juggle, so you need to jump between them and losing the context, they have different UI/UX, a different logic, and if you need to find a piece of information then good luck.
Some were designed for very specific use cases, like developer-only workflows. Others focused too much on planning, without helping you actually do the work.
Many felt overly complicated or painfully slow. Some lacked essential features that we needed every day. And of course… most came with expensive price tags, especially when you have to subscribe to multiple apps just to get a complete setup for your team.
All of that led to one big problem: distraction. Instead of helping to do actual work, those tools made me spend more time managing the tools themselves than doing meaningful work.
That’s what inspired me to create Mosic, an app built to help you stay focused, organized, and truly get things done.
Mosic isn’t just about planing projects and tasks, it’s helps you answer those daily questions we all face: “What should I work on today?” “What’s the most important thing right now to work on?”
My goal is to make Mosic a single, clear space where teams, individuals, and AI agents orchestrate work, without distractions or confusion, and get things done.
And we just getting started.
In the backlog, Mosic already has some exciting modules and ideas coming soon: 🤖AI features (that acutely usfull) 🔗 Automation 📅 Calendar auto scheduling for the tasks 💬 Internal Chat 📅 Appointment Scheduling 📋Custom tables …and many more.
