I built mosaic&me because I was tired of watching great candidates get filtered out by keyword-matching ATS systems and watching companies miss people who could actually do the job just because their CV said the "wrong" title.
So we ditched the CV. Instead, you build a skills profile once. Your experience, learnings, working style and we semantically match it against every open role on the platform automatically. No tailoring your CV for each application. No reapplying every time a new role goes live. You stay anonymous until you choose to engage, and when you do match, you see exactly why.
For companies, it means seeing candidates who already fit your must-haves (checked privately), with a full skills breakdown instead of a wall of keywords and can calibrate the requirements to get a different pipeline.
