Hi Product Hunt, I'm Graeme. Mortgage Meadow is a UK mortgage overpayment tracker for two people paying off one mortgage.
Put in the balance, rate and term and it shows the day you're mortgage-free. Log a payment against whoever made it and the date moves. It also tracks the penalty-free allowance and early repayment charge bands from your own offer, so you can see what fits inside this year.
There's no bank connection anywhere. Every figure is typed in and encrypted on your device with a key we don't hold, which is why there's a passphrase when you turn on backup.
It's UK-only for now, on the web and Android, with an iPhone app on the way. The overpayment and early repayment charge calculators are free with no sign-up, and early access lifetime is £29.99 until 31 December.
