More Than Days
Recovery support that doesn’t end after treatment.
Recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. More Than Days is an AI-powered recovery companion built by someone in recovery, for people in recovery. From 24/7 craving support with Urge Surfer to daily check-ins, personalized recovery plans, progress tracking, and recovery resources, we help people navigate life beyond addiction treatment. Because recovery isn’t just about counting sober days. It’s about building a life worth living.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Mark, the founder of More Than Days, and I’m also someone in recovery.
I started building this because I know firsthand that getting clean is only part of the journey. The real challenge often begins when treatment ends and you’re back in everyday life, facing cravings, responsibilities, difficult emotions, and decisions without someone there to guide you.
I kept thinking about that gap. What if someone had support in their pocket when things got difficult? Not something that replaces meetings, sponsors, counsellors, or human connection, but something that helps between those moments.
That’s how More Than Days started.
What began as a recovery tracker has grown into something much bigger: Urge Surfer, an AI-powered conversational tool for working through cravings, daily check-ins, recovery planning, personal insights, and practical support for rebuilding your life.
We’re also exploring ways to help treatment centres stay connected with clients after they leave.
I’m still learning, building, and improving this every day. I’d genuinely appreciate your feedback, especially from anyone with lived recovery experience or who works in addiction treatment.
Because to me, recovery isn’t about how many days you’ve accumulated. It’s about what you do with them.
Thanks for being part of this journey. ❤️
Mark
