Moonshop.ai grew out of real frustration whilst I was working on large engineering projects where critical decisions are made with fragmented data and heavy manual effort.
The tools were good at documentation, but not reasoning. I wanted to augment engineers with focused AI agents that help think through risk, carbon, and design trade‑offs earlier and faster.
The approach evolved from big “AI design” ideas to solving narrow, real workflows - shipping early, listening to practitioners, and building tools that fit how engineers actually work.
