So I built moodlet to find out. It lets you log your mood daily, view your trends over time, and see your stats so you can actually understand your emotional patterns — not just isolated moments of them.
The irony? I felt happier just building it. But I'm also genuinely learning things from the data I never would have noticed otherwise.
