Meditation has been an important part of my daily routine for years now. I find it really helps me to reduce stress, increase focus, and gain a deeper sense of inner peace.
I've tried many different meditation apps and always felt like the meditations were too generic. Moments change that, get fully personalised meditations guided by a natural AI-generated voice with valuable advice and traditional meditation techniques.
It's not flawless yet so I would love to hear any feedback you may have 😃

I think this is an interesting concept. Most meditation apps are not done based on you and how you currently feel but based on other recommendations
