Momen is a full-stack, no-code web app builder with an integrated AI agent development framework. It enables you to quickly build and deploy your MVP, reducing time-to-market, and allows seamless iteration and scaling on the same platform.
I'm Yaokai Jiang, a software engineer. I made this nocode tool Momen with my team mostly to scratch my own itch, which can be summed up with: "building an MVP and scaling it".
I am a software engineer by both training and trade. As I was working on various side projects before starting this company, I came to the realization that I was repeating the same process: cloud server -> database -> app server -> api -> react -> css, and many other pains in between. I also realized that most of the side projects only contained very limited amount of logic that is truly "core and unique". I asked myself: "Is this the best way of testing and expanding my business ideas? And why can't this be more democratized?" So after the startup that I was working for went public, I decided to embark on this journey to answer exactly those two questions. That was early 2020 (yeah, pre-covid)
💪We wanted and still want Momen to be the ideal tool for non-technical founders to bring their ideas to market. Much like being that sword wielded by a hero going out to slay all the beasts.
Now, after almost 5 years of development and iteration, my team and I finally are confident to bring it out for all the hunters to check out! With an integrated AI agent builder to boot! (rag, tools, structured output etc...)
We currently support web only, and we expect to support native mobile apps next year. You can try momen out for free at momen.app. Please let me know your feedback. I've been using Momen for a few weeks now and love it. I have been using Bubble for 5+ years and kept trying other platforms, but then going back to Bubble because there was always something lacking.
But Momen has totally captured my attention and now I'm wishing all my own and client apps were on it! The way they integrated data connection and workflows into the UI is very well thought out. Bubble it is a whole different screen and is painful to connect the UI to the workflows. But Momen has it all together.
I use Figma almost daily, so I was really pleased at how familiar the interfeace felt. And the thing that really sold me was the AI Agents. I had been struggling to build out custom agents with both Google Vertex and Open Ai's APIS. They were working, but it was so many steps with so many points of failure. But Momen, just has it there already connected. Truly feel like this is a breakthrough product and Im excited to see where it grows from here!
