I initially built MoilStack .md simply because I needed a simple, fast & lightweight Markdown editor that worked directly with the file system and integrate seamlessly with OpenAI and local Ollama models for AI Assitance.
love that it runs entirely locally with no account required, and the built-in AI editing actually feels integrated rather than bolted on. the automatic backup thing is a nice touch for anyone who's lost work before.
