I'm Vitor, founder of modo Gestor. I run a payments company in Bahia, Brazil, and a few years ago I noticed something in barbershops: the barber is a craftsman with scissors in hand — he has no time to run the business side. Bookings live in a paper notebook (often managed by his wife at the front desk), no-shows eat the day, and commission math causes real fights between barbers at the end of the month.
