I’m Daniel, founder of Modiono. The idea for this came from watching my son's baseball team doing their strength and conditioning training. I noticed a lot of the kids weren't quite getting the exercises right - no one was there to correct every rep for every kid so it got me wondering if technology could actually catch that instead of a coach having to watch each one individually.
That question became Modiono: it uses your phone's camera to watch your form in real time and gives you feedback as you train, not after the fact. No wearables, no extra hardware. And it works the other way too because personal trainers can assign programs to clients, review their form on video, and see who's actually doing the work correctly, without needing to be in the room.
