I made Modero because I spent 18 months tracking every drink in a spreadsheet.
It taught me something surprising: I was drinking more often than I thought. But it didn’t actually help me drink less. So I built the app I wish I’d had. One that combines simple tracking with a plan before the night starts and gentle reminders while you’re drinking.
