I built this for modeling agencies and talent managers who run their business on spreadsheets, DMs and memory, and want one organized place for everything.
It's a Notion workspace with 10 linked databases: Models, Clients, Scouting, Castings, Bookings, Invoices, Payouts, Contracts, Tasks and a Monthly Scorecard. Everything connects. A casting becomes a booking, a booking becomes an invoice and a model payout, and your monthly numbers sit in one scorecard.
A few things I'm proud of:

•A live dashboard shows tasks, upcoming shoots, unpaid invoices and payouts owed
•Overdue invoices and expiring contracts flag themselves
•It works well on both desktop and phone
•It runs on Notion's free plan, and it's a one-time $49 with no subscription
What it doesn't do: it doesn't process payments, send emails or give clients a portal. It tracks your business, and you still invoice and pay through your own tools.
