I'm Matt — Strategic Partnership Manager by day, indie builder on the side. grandsalami.bet is my answer to a problem I had as a bettor that nobody was solving.
The Grand Salami is a single over/under on the total runs scored across every MLB game on the day's slate. One bet, every game, every inning. It's offered on BetOnline, Bovada, and Caesars (and inconsistently elsewhere), and it's quietly one of the most interesting bets in sports.
But there was no good way to track it once you placed it.
If you wanted to follow your Salami bet live, you needed five tabs open — MLB.com for scores, a weather site, a sportsbook for the line, and a calculator to figure out the pace yourself. By the time you'd assembled the picture, the situation had already changed.
So I built the tool I wanted to exist. grandsalami.bet is a single pane of glass into the slate — live pace, weather impact, bullpen fatigue, umpire tendencies, 7-day offensive trends, and saved wagers across devices. Everything you need to place the bet and watch it unfold, in one view. It runs all day, every day, for every MLB slate, and it covers NHL too — the Salami didn't start in baseball and the bet works just as well for hockey.
