Hey Product Hunt. I'm Ryan, I'm 40, I live in Kansas City, and I built this because I needed a sales team and couldn't afford one.
A good SDR costs $108,000 to $155,000 a year. Apollo is $99 per user. Outreach is $165 per user. And none of them actually write the emails for you. You still have to do that yourself.
So I built MIST.
You give it a target. It finds 922 contacts, enriches them, figures out their psychographic profile, writes personalized emails that don't sound like AI wrote them, and sends them during the hours and days they're most likely to respond.
The whole thing costs $2.50 to run.
That's not a typo. Two dollars and fifty cents for a full pipeline run.
I've been obsessive about the margin on this. My operating cost is $0.07 a day. Gross margin is 97%. I know exactly what it costs because I'm bootstrapping this with my own money and I can't afford to be sloppy.
The thing I'm most proud of is the humanizer. I spent a lot of time making sure these emails don't read like a robot wrote them. No em dashes. No "I hope this finds you well." No "I wanted to reach out." It uses five different AI agents with different personalities and writing styles and runs every draft through a three-reviewer quality check before it ever goes out.
I also built a monitored plan where real humans watch the campaigns for clients who don't want to do it themselves. Full time, benefits, 32-hour work week. I know the whole narrative is AI killing jobs. I wanted to try something different.

Quick update for anyone who's been browsing the outreach tools on PH today.
A lot of what you're seeing in this category is built on the same idea: find people who have never heard of you, blast them at scale, and hope a few respond. The whole category is optimized for cold. Better targeting of cold. Better delivery of cold. Better sequencing of cold.
MIST is not in that category.
Every person in a MIST pipeline already knows you. They bought from you. They used your service. They gave you their contact info because they trusted you enough to do business with you. MIST just figures out who among them is most likely ready to buy again, and writes them a message that sounds like it came from you personally, not from a platform.
The difference in response rates isn't small. Warm outreach to people who already trust you outperforms cold outreach to strangers by a wide margin every time. That's not a MIST claim. That's just how relationships work.
