Mise
AI-powered operations tools for restaurant managers
Mise turns chaotic shift handoffs into clean, AI-written summaries in seconds. Log incidents, track temps, manage prep, run staff comms, and get weekly AI insights — all in one tool built for the kitchen floor. $49/mo per location.
Hey PH 👋
I'm Jeff, and I built Mise because I watched restaurant managers spend the last 20 minutes of every shift writing handoff notes that nobody read.
The problem isn't that managers don't care — it's that after a brutal double, sitting down to write a coherent paragraph about what happened is the last thing anyone wants to do. So the handoff either doesn't happen, or it's "talk to Sarah, she knows."
Mise fixes this. You log your shift notes the way you already think — bullet points, voice-to-text, whatever — and Claude turns it into a clean, professional handoff summary that the incoming manager can actually use. Takes about 10 seconds.
But shift summaries are just the start. We also built: incident tracking, prep checklists, 86 board, temp logs, punch clock, staff comms, recipe costing, and weekly AI insights that synthesize your whole week into patterns.
$49/month per location. One flat price for the whole team.
