I built MirrorCV while applying for jobs myself.
I kept making small changes to my resume for different roles, but most AI resume tools gave me an entirely rewritten document with no clear way to understand what had changed. I did not want to blindly trust an AI with something as important as my resume.
So I built MirrorCV around a simple idea: AI can suggest the changes, but you should remain in control.
With MirrorCV, you can:
• Upload your existing PDF resume
• Add a job description or simply explain what you want changed
• Compare every edit side by side
• Accept or reject changes individually
• Download the finished resume as a PDF
There is no signup, and it is completely free.
What started as a small tool for myself has now been used by more than 2,000 people, which still feels slightly unreal.
