Always struggled to find a good, affordable Helpdesk tool, to streamline different sources of customer mails into one place. Now I created my own and want to let people profit from it too.
The shop integration is genuinely useful since it pulls order data right into the ticket view, which saves a lot of tab switching for our small team.
How does the shop integration actually work in practice, is it a direct plugin for Shopify and WooCommerce or do you rely on Zapier-style connections in between?
A WhatsApp or Instagram integration would be huge since so many DMs from customers end up getting lost in our inbox right now. Adding that channel directly into the ticket view would save a lot of switching back and forth.
