I built this because I realized something that haunted me: when someone passes away, you remember their face for years, their name forever, but their voice fades from memory within months.
The idea is simple. We send questions via WhatsApp, the app your parents already use every single day. They answer with a voice note, naturally, like they would with family. We transcribe and edit their answers into written chapters, and print everything in a hardcover book with a QR code in each chapter that plays the original recording.

The hardest part wasn't the tech. It was making it simple enough that a 78-year-old grandmother in a small Portuguese village could use it without help. WhatsApp was the answer.
