"I enjoy journaling, but it felt like work at times and when I began using a couple AI apps, I didn't connect at all with the irrelevant, surface-level responses I got from generic AI apps. I wanted something that felt like a calm, somatic and intelligent therapist—validating my heavy days (and good days) and tracking patterns, paraphrasing my thoughts and asking intuitive questions - all completely securely.
