I’m sharing Milo, an experiment in making local AI feel more expressive. Its Three.js character speaks with Kokoro, listens with Whisper, and replies with Qwen. The hosted version serves files only: your voice and conversation are processed on your device, with no server inference fallback.
Start with voice (about 92 MB), or download Fast conversation (about 1.3 GB). Hybrid can use a larger model for deeper questions; all models together are about 3.8 GB. Compatible browsers can enable GPU replies and switch back to CPU. A recent desktop browser is recommended; mobile performance and memory vary.
The source is available on GitHub under PolyForm Noncommercial. Personal and noncommercial use is free; it is not an OSI open-source license.
