I built Migrate My AI Chat because I was tired of one thing: losing context.
I use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini every single day — for coding, writing, and research. And here's what kept happening: I'd build up an incredible 45-minute conversation with one AI, hit a rate limit (or realize a different model would handle the task better), and then face a terrible choice — start over from scratch, or spend 20 minutes copy-pasting messages one by one.
Neither option was acceptable. So I built the tool I wished existed.
How it works: You click "Continue On" inside any AI chat. The extension extracts your full conversation — messages, code blocks, role labels, everything — opens your destination platform, and automatically uploads the context. The new AI picks up exactly where you left off. One click.
