Hi Product Hunt, I'm Marco, founder of Metodic.
About a year ago we launched here as a toolkit generator for professional facilitators. Three versions later it's a different product, built for a different person: the one who has to organise the offsite, kick-off or strategy day and wants it to go well, without being a facilitator.
That person usually has a goal, a group and a calendar slot, and ends up with an agenda that's a list of topics and a lot of open discussion. Metodic starts from what the day needs to produce. You describe the situation in plain words ("two-day leadership offsite, 14 people, we need to agree on next year's priorities") and get a timed agenda built on proven methods, with the reasoning behind each block.
Then the parts that usually eat your evenings: facilitator notes, worksheets, handouts, slides and a Miro board, in the language of your session. It also works inside Claude and ChatGPT.
