I'm Montassar, founder of metiers.ai — and I want to tell you why we built this.
In France, thousands of young people pick their career path based on dry government brochures and one 20-min meeting with a career counselor. The result: critical sectors (construction, healthcare, transport, hospitality) can't fill their apprenticeship spots — not because the jobs are bad, but because the discovery experience is terrible.
Meanwhile, these same teenagers spend hours on character.ai chatting with fictional characters. So we asked: what if the characters were real professionals?
metiers.ai gives you:
