I built this because I kept getting feedback like "you need to work on your communication" — vague, impossible to act on. I wanted actual data. Not vibes. Numbers.
So I built a tool to get them.
What I didn't expect: when I ran the first version on myself, my biggest gap wasn't where I thought it would be. I was 1.4 points off on
Reliability. I genuinely believed I was dependable. The people around me experienced something different. I had no idea.
