I built Merktop Cash because every "dollar app" I tried had the same catch:
they hold your money. You're trusting a company not to freeze it, lose it, or go under basically a bank with a nicer app. Merktop Cash is different: it's non-custodial. Your dollars (USDC) live in a
wallet only YOU control export the keys anytime, and we literally can't move or freeze your money.
But non-custodial is usually clunky, so we made it feel like Venmo:
• Send to anyone by card, WhatsApp, or @username they claim with no app and no bank
• Get paid with a link, split a bill, buy gift cards, cash out to a bank
• Every payment gives a receipt anyone can verify on-chain proof you can't
fake
• A backup login so you never get locked out (no seed phrases to lose)
It's live and global hold and send dollars without a bank account.
