I’m the founder behind MentionLeads.
I built this because I was spending way too much time trying to find potential customers across Reddit, X, and Hacker News.
The frustrating part wasn’t finding mentions. It was figuring out which conversations actually mattered, whether someone had real buying intent, and what I could say without sounding like I was just promoting my product.
So I started building MentionLeads for myself.
It has grown into a bigger growth platform that helps founders discover demand, identify high-intent opportunities, engage with relevant conversations, create content from real customer problems, build authority, and track their visibility across search and AI.
This is my first Product Hunt launch, and I’d genuinely love your feedback.
What would you want MentionLeads to help you with most when it comes to getting your next customers?
I run a few small sites and the post-launch part is always the hardest. You ship, and then nothing happens unless you go find people yourself. Pulling intent signals from Reddit, X and HN into one place makes a lot of sense. Congrats on the launch 🚀
I tried it and it aint too shabby, only issue is ICP related as my users are not on Reddit
Is it a Brand24 with less functions and integrated platforms? Or you do offer anything new?
