Mendaro is an issue tracker for teams that support external customers. Reports arrive four ways: a conversational voice agent, an embeddable website widget, reply-by-email, or a form. Patchy turns each one into a structured ticket in the reporter's own language, with repro steps. Background triage suggests type, priority, spam score and duplicates for staff to accept or dismiss. Developers pull tickets into Claude Code or Codex via a built-in MCP server. Free plan available.

Hey Product Hunt 👋

I'm Jonas, and I build software at dataMatters in Cologne, Germany. Mendaro came out of a boring problem: our customers would tell us about bugs in Whatsapp messages, half-finished emails, or long voicemails. Someone then had to rewrite all of that into a ticket a developer could act on. In the end many tickets were also so small that we just threw the ticket into Claude Code and it was finished in minutes. That rewriting step was where things got lost and time was wasted.

So we removed it. A customer talks to our AI "Patchy", taps the widget on your site, replies to an email, or types a form — and Mendaro writes the ticket. Repro steps included, in whatever language they used. A German voice report stays a German ticket in the first person.

Few things I'd point at:

🎙️ Patchy Live is a real full-duplex voice agent. You can interrupt it mid-sentence and it adapts. It keeps asking until the ticket is worth working on, then reads the ticket number back to you.

🐛 The widget ships evidence with every report: page URL, browser, viewport, last 50 console lines and any JS errors, attached as a staff-only note. All the context you'd normally have to ask for.

🤖 Every ticket goes into Claude Code or Codex with one command. /mendaro-work-on pulls the conversation, screenshots, recent commits and a suggested branch name into your terminal. 20+ MCP tools, all respecting the same permissions as the web app.

✉️ Triage runs in the background but never applies itself. Patchy suggests type, priority, a spam score and possible duplicates; a human accepts or dismisses. Customers never see any of it.

Free plan is 1 project, 2 staff seats, 50 AI actions and 10 voice minutes a month — the Claude Code integration is included there too. Team is €12 per staff seat per month, or €9 billed yearly, and adds the website widget, GitHub and the Discord bot on top of much higher AI limits. Customers who file tickets never pay, on any plan.

For Product Hunt: the code "PRODUCTHUNT" takes 50% off your first year on an annual plan — €4.50 per seat per month for year one. Every paid plan also starts with a 7-day free trial. Redeemable through August 31.

I'm here all day. Try the voice agent and tell me where it breaks — that's the feedback I want most :)

Who hunted Mendaro?

Mendaro was hunted by Jonas Lieske. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
