Meetly
No-account group scheduling that ends in a real invite
When2Meet and Doodle hand you a grid and stop there. You still squint at the heatmap, guess a time, then go build the calendar invite yourself. Meetly finishes the job: • No account — not for you, not for anyone you send it to. One link. • Availability auto-imports from Google, Outlook, Apple or anyics feed. • AI ranks the best slots and explains why it chose them. • One click turns the winner into a real calendar invite with a Meet, Zoom or Teams link attached.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Carson here. My friend Macabee and I built Meetly over the past few months.
The origin is embarrassingly specific. I run the social calendar for my fraternity, I sit on a couple of club boards, and I help run a student storage company with operators on two campuses. Every one of those groups schedules the exact same way: somebody pastes a When2Meet into the group chat. Then a human has to squint at the heatmap, guess which block is least bad, and go build the calendar invite by hand.
The grid was never the hard part. The last mile was.
So Meetly does the whole job:
• No account — not for the organizer, not for anyone answering. One link, that's it.
• Your calendar fills in your own availability: Google, Outlook, Apple, or any .ics feed. We just cleared Google's sensitive-scope verification, so this works properly now instead of behind a scary "unverified app" interstitial.
• AI ranks the best slots and tells you why it picked them.
• One click turns the winner into a real calendar invite for everyone, with a Meet / Zoom / Teams link attached.
It's free. There are two of us building it, so please go break it and tell me what broke.
The thing I'd genuinely like your read on: how much should the AI decide? Right now it recommends and explains, and the organizer confirms. I keep going back and forth on whether people actually want it to just pick the time and send the invite. Where's the line for you?

Who hunted Meetly?
Meetly was hunted by Carmac Enterprises. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
