On our last cruise, my wife and I wanted to take a taxi tour at two different ports. We stood on the pier both times, hoping to find other passengers heading the same way — no luck. We ended up paying the full fare ourselves, which was frustrating. Not because of the money alone, but because the ship was carrying thousands of people going to the exact same places.
That's when I realized: the problem isn't demand — it's coordination. There's no purpose-built place where cruise passengers can say "I'm going to Port X on Date Y, who wants to join?"
So I built Meet2Trip. You post or search trips by port and date, send a join request, and coordinate via built-in chat — ideally before you even board.
