Norik and I built Meerlume because creating a useful business chatbot still feels harder than it should. Traditional builders require manually connecting blocks and configuring every branch, while fully AI-driven bots can be unpredictable and difficult to control.
With Meerlume, you describe your workflow in plain language - bookings, lead qualification, FAQs, customer support, or something more specific. Meerlume generates the chatbot flow for you, which you can review, edit, and deploy to WhatsApp or Telegram.
We use AI during setup, but live conversations follow deterministic logic. This gives businesses the speed of AI-generated setup without giving up reliability, control, or predictable costs.
