MediSys delivers full SOAP notes, medical history, vitals tracking, ICD-10 coding, and e-prescriptions on standard shared cPanel hosting — making it accessible to small clinics with no IT budget.
Clinics across Africa are still running on paper records, WhatsApp appointment bookings, and handwritten prescriptions. The existing solutions — SimplePractice, Jane, Cliniko — are brilliant, but they're priced for London and Los Angeles, not Lusaka and Lagos.
We built MediSys to change that.
The goal was simple: enterprise-grade clinic software that runs on a $5/month shared hosting plan. Full EMR, SOAP notes, ICD-10 coding, HMAC-signed QR e-prescriptions, live queue management, telehealth, and a patient self-service portal — all in one platform, at a fraction of Western alternatives.
