When we started working on mediakit.bio, the idea was pretty simple. We wanted to make it easier for creators to present themselves to brands.
But once we looked into it, we realized how messy the current process still is. Most creators are building media kits manually, copying stats, updating PDFs, and sending files that go out of date almost immediately.
It didn’t make sense.
So we started thinking about what a media kit should actually be. Not a static document, but something that updates itself and reflects what a creator is doing right now.
That’s what led us to build mediakit.bio. Instead of templates, we focused on connecting directly to social platforms, pulling real data, and generating a mediakit automatically.
Getting official API access was a big step for us, because it meant we could build something reliable instead of just something that looks good.
This is just the first version, and we’re really curious to see how people use it and what’s missing.
