Hey, Product Hunt! I'm Daria, a designer at Meander.
To me, mentorship is really personal. I've pivoted multiple times in my career and always struggled to find people and communities that could help me grow new skills. When it comes to knowledge and community, it's a big deal. It's almost impossible to find those who can help you with your challenges by sharing their expertise in the real world.
Once, at the very beginning of my career, I reached out to more than 100 designers asking for advice about my professional progress, and only one responded. It was frustrating!
So we're building Meander for all those who are ready to listen and those who want to share.

A recurring theme in my career has been helping founders and builders (who're 3-4 steps behind me) through offering mentorship and actionable advice.
Every successful professional (be it a marketer, creator, founder or investor) generally wants to help others. But they run into blockers like:
→ How do I find mentees who can benefit from my specific expertise?
→ How do I handle scheduling logistics with them?
→ How can I improve as a mentor?"
